By using the TaxiGroups platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TaxiGroups operates as a technology platform connecting passengers seeking transportation with independent, verified commercial drivers. We do not employ the drivers directly.
Drivers using the booking sharing feature agree that any bookings handed off to another driver in the network must reflect accurate passenger details. Attempting to bypass network commissions by dealing off-platform may result in permanent termination of your TaxiGroups vendor account.
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and their vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to the interior of a vehicle by a passenger may result in additional cleaning charges applied to the passenger's digital wallet or linked payment method.
