To provide secure taxi booking services, TaxiGroups collects essential data including your Name, Mobile Number, pickup and drop addresses, and profile imagery (for driver verification purposes).
For passengers, address data is shared temporarily with the assigned driver to facilitate pickup. For drivers, location approximations are used while on duty to match you with nearby bookings and calculate exact fare metrics securely.
We implement enterprise-level JWT security and strict data encryption for passing wallet balances and KYC documents. TaxiGroups explicitly does not sell your personal data to external marketing agencies or tourism networks.
