Passengers may cancel a cab request completely free of charge if they cancel within 5 minutes of the initial booking confirmation. Cancelling after this grace period, or when the driver has already reached the pickup location, will incur a ₹150 late cancellation fee to compensate the driver.
Drivers are expected to fulfill all accepted bookings. If a driver cancels a confirmed passenger booking without a valid emergency reason, their driver rating will be penalized, and excessive cancellations may lead to temporary suspension from the TaxiGroups sharing network.
If a driver posts a booking to the share network and an accepting driver subsequently cancels, the booking will be automatically re-routed to the next available verified partner to ensure passenger reliability.
