1. General Refund Principles
At TaxiGroups, we strive to ensure a smooth passenger and driver experience. Refunds for cab bookings are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If an assigned driver successfully completes a journey, the base fare is strictly non-refundable.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
- Driver No-Show: If the assigned driver partner fails to arrive at the designated pickup location and the ride is subsequently cancelled by the system.
- Incorrect Vehicle: If the driver arrives with a significantly different vehicle class than what was booked (e.g. booked an SUV, but a Mini hatches arrives).
- Accidental Wallet Charges: In the event your digital wallet is debited twice for a single trip.
3. Wallet Withdrawals for Drivers
Drivers may request refunds on accidental wallet top-ups. Funds accumulated via commissions or ride payments are withdrawn through the normal payout cycle, not as refunds.
